Zinfandel Cuvee + Italian Sausage

To accent the spice of our Italian sausage and sweetness of the carmelized onions on this flatbread, we suggest a Zinfandel Cuvee. This Zin’s deep mocha and spice undertones pair fabulously with the rich flavor of the sausage and onions.

Sauvignon Blanc + Goat Cheese

To balance the richness of our delicious artisan goat cheese, we suggest a Sauvignon Blanc. This wine teases the senses with a fragrant bouquet of passion fruit, kiwi and fresh-cut grass.

Wine Suggestion: Coastal Estates Sauvignon Blanc

 

Pinot Noir + BBQ Chicken

We suggest pairing this tangy-sweet flatbread with a Pinot Noir. The high acidity and lush aromas of ripe plum and dark cherry will complement the sweetness of the BBQ sauce very nicely.

Wine Suggestion: A by Acacia Pinot Noir

 

Chardonnay + Chicken & Veggies

For a wine that will bring out the flavor of the grilled chicken and roasted vegetables, we suggest a Chardonnay. The vanilla and spice notes of this wine will round out nicely with the poultry.
