Pan Fry

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Thaw in refrigerator overnight, or remove wrapper and put in microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Heat 1 inch of oil in a frying pan on low heat until oil is HOT.
  3. Gently place burrito in pan using spatula/tongs.
  4. Pan fry for 5 minutes or until golden on bottom.
  5. Carefully flip burrito over with spatula/tongs.
  6. Pan fry for an additional 5 minutes or until golden on bottom.
  7. Carefully remove burrito with spatula/tongs.
  8. Let cool and enjoy your “chimichanga.”

*The power of cooking equipment may vary. You may need to adjust cooking time. Cook to an internal temperature of 165ºF for at least 15 seconds.

Enhance the experience: Top with salsa, pico de gallo, guacamole, and/or sour cream…mmmm good.
